Before proceeding, please read this agreement because accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the site indicates your agreement to all the terms and conditions in this agreement.

www.voptronics.com reserves the right to change this site and these terms and conditions at any time.

Ordering
Whilst all efforts are made to ensure accuracy of product descriptions, specifications and pricing there may be occasions where errors arise. Should such a situation occur VopTronics cannot accept your order. In the event of a mistake you will be contacted with a full explanation and a corrected offer. The information displayed is considered as an invitation to treat not as a confirmed offer for sale. The contract is confirmed upon supply of goods.

General Shipping Info
1.Shipping address should be input in English without any special symbols to help the courier company recognize your address in the system. We will ship according to the shipping address you provided, please notify us any address change before your order is marked "Processing" to avoid parcel loss.

2.Please contact our customer service staff immediately if you need to cancel or altered an order. Once your order has reached "processing" status, it can no longer be canceled or altered in any way. To avoid complications, please recheck your shopping cart before checkout.

3.We can ship all in-stock orders in three business days as your order has been confirmed.

4.All items are inspected before dispatch and are carefully hand-packed.

5.With standard courier practice, you need to check the contents of the parcel before signing for your goods. If you do not we can't be held responsible for any damage that may have occurred in transit.

Shipping Options

1.Global Priority

• Costs: from 2$
• The carrier is responsible for entry fees, duties, taxes, inspection fees, and storage fees. The customer  will not hold responsible for any extra charges once the original package has been shipped.
• The shipping time is between 7 - 14 days and varies depending on the destination

2.Express(DHL/FedEx)

• Costs: 35$
• The Customer is responsible for entry fees, duties, and taxes. We will not hold responsible for any extra charges once the original package has been shipped. If the customer refuses to pay these extra charges, the return shipping and additional fees will be taken out of the cost of the order, with any remaining funds being refunded to the customer.
• Customs are quite different in each country. Please contact us while you are placing the order about the requirements, and we will support you as much as possible.
• Shipping time: 3-7 working days

DELIVERY

• You or a family member should be at home on the day of delivery in order to receive the goods. We do not accept any liability for the signatures of third parties!
• In the event that you are not at home on the first delivery, the shipping company may still try to deliver the ordered goods one or two more times.
• If the carrier sends the delivered goods back to the seller, since delivery to the customer was not possible, the customer bears the costs for the unsuccessful dispatch. The cost of a re-import to China can be up to 100 $. 
• All orders reported as "delivered" by shipping companies are considered delivered. VopTronics cannot be made liable of non-delivery in this case.

Returns & Refund

If you are not satisfied with a product you bought, for whatever reason, it is possible to return it for refund within 14 days of receipt(unopened) . Please first email us to [email protected] for return authorization.

We would like to kindly remind you that the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to our warehouse in China.

• Return for Refund: within 14 days of receiving your product. (unopened)
• Return for Replacement: within 7 days of receiving your product. (DEAD ON ARRIVAL)

No returns will be accepted without having previously obtained a return authorization. All returns must be in its original mint and clean condition. Returns on damaged, scratched,   programmed, burnt, or otherwise 'played with' product will not be accepted. The product must then be returned in its original packaging with its receipt and a small note for the reason of the return.  the note will help us to serve you better and improve our products. Reimbursement will be denied for any products which do not conform to the above mentioned conditions.

Customer shall cover the cost of returning the product and need to pay for shipping (if you want a refund instead of a replacement). Shipping fees will only be refunded if the return is a result of a shipping error on VopTronics’s part.

Since the third-party payment platforms, such as PayPal and Braintree (Credit Card), will charge standard service fees amounting to 4%-8% on all processed transactions. For refund orders via PayPal and Braintree, a corresponding deduction of the service fee will be made to cover the associated payment processing.

Prices

Prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice. The prices do not include import tax and duties, should your package become examined and deemed taxable by your local customs. Payment of these is the responsibility of the buyer.

License and Site Access

VopTronics grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site. This license doses not include any forms of commercial use of this site or its contents, any collection and use of any products, any collection and use of any product listings descriptions or prices, any derivative use of this site or its contents, any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant, or any use of data mining, robots or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

This site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, or otherwise exploited for any interest without express written consent from VopTronics.

The Terms shall be governed by the laws of China without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The parties to the Terms hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of China.
