The hot end with hardened steel nozzle has a special integrated design, which is only suitable for Bambuab3D printers. The nozzle is integrated into the heat block and connected to the radiator through a thin metal tube to achieve excellent performance. With this design, the heating speed of the hot end is much faster than that of the regular hot end, and the integrated design is very easy to replace· The heat sink is made of high thermal conductivity aluminum alloy, and the throat is made of TC4 titanium alloy. The nozzle is made of a combination of copper alloy and hardened steel, allowing for high flow printing while ensuring hardness.
Attention: If you need to assemble a complete hot end with a hardened steel nozzle, you also need to purchase: ceramic heater, thermistor, and cooling fan. Alternatively, you can directly purchase a complete hot end component with hardened steel nozzles.
