Q1: Why is the volume lower in CD mode than in Bluetooth mode?

A: This is normal. To deliver a cleaner, more detailed audio signal, the CD playback output is intentionally tuned to a slightly lower level than Bluetooth mode. Simply adjust the volume to your preferred listening level after switching to CD mode.

Q2: Why does the player become silent or shut down when the battery is low?

A: When the battery level is low, the power supply voltage may become unstable. The player may temporarily mute or automatically shut down at higher volume levels to protect the battery from over-discharge. We recommend recharging the battery as soon as possible.

Q3: Why does the CD occasionally skip at high volume?

A: Loud playback with strong bass can generate vibrations that may affect the optical pickup during CD reading. For the best performance, place the player on a stable surface and reduce the volume slightly if skipping occurs.

Q4: Why is the system response slightly delayed?

A: You may notice a brief delay when changing tracks, switching menus, or waking the device from standby. This is normal behavior based on the current hardware design. Please allow a moment for the operation to complete and avoid pressing buttons repeatedly.

Q5: What is the correct way to hold the player?

A: Avoid gripping or pressing directly on the transparent CD cover in the center of the player, as excessive pressure may affect the CD mechanism. Always support the player from the sides or bottom when carrying it.

Q6: How should I handle and clean CDs?

A: Hold CDs by the edges to avoid touching the recording surface. Fingerprints, dust, or scratches may affect playback quality. Clean discs gently with a soft microfiber or dedicated CD cleaning cloth when necessary.

Q7: Can I block the opening on the bottom of the player?

A: No. The large opening on the bottom is the speaker bass port. Keep it unobstructed and never insert objects into it, as doing so may damage the internal components.

Q8: How should I charge and maintain the battery?

A: Use the supplied or a compatible USB charger. Avoid charging in extremely hot or cold environments. If the player will not be used for an extended period, recharge and discharge the battery once every 1–2 months to help maintain battery health.

Q9: How should I store the player?

A: The BEATBOX contains precision optical components. Avoid strong impacts, drops, or excessive vibration. When not in use, remove the CD, store the player in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and use a protective dust bag if available.
