FiiO FP3 Specifications and Features
- Driver Unit: Equipped with FiiO's second-generation in-ear planar driver, featuring a 14.5mm diaphragm. The driver is independently developed by FiiO's acoustic team, covering every detail from diaphragm design, dual-coating technology, single voice coil width, magnetic circuit tuning, to fixture standards.
- Soundstage and Frequency Response: Thanks to FiiO’s proprietary diaphragm, the FP3 provides an exceptionally wide horizontal soundstage for its class, along with a full-frequency response range up to 40kHz.
- Ultra-Thin Diaphragm: The FP3 features an ultra-thin 1μm diaphragm made of PET, a high-performance base material, which enables precise reproduction of high-frequency micro signals.
- Dual-Coating Patent Technology: FiiO’s new proprietary dual-coating technology employs high-performance PET as the base for the diaphragm, with aluminum and titanium metal coatings applied to enhance frequency response and resolution.
- Aluminum Coating: Lightweight, improves electrical conductivity of the voice coil, reduces impedance, and lowers driving requirements.
- Titanium Coating: Provides high hardness, enhances diaphragm rigidity, and improves high-frequency resolution and detail clarity.
