Customers are required to inform themselves about the customs fees and customs regulations in their country. All prices on the website are exclusive of customs duties and import VAT of the respective recipient countries.
Tax-Inclusive Shipping: Standard Shipping via Global Priority includes taxes for most countries.
* Usually, we help European Union buyers to pay the customs duty and VAT via IOSS(VAT on e-Commerce - One Stop Shop).
If you chose Express (DHL/UPS/Fedex etc) : You are responsible for paying taxes and duties. But we usually declare an item at a lower value , leave us a message with the desired value if you want.
CUSTOMERS IN United States, Canada,United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland.
Few duties and taxes, usually we declare a lower value of the package to help buyer pay less duties and taxes.
CUSTOMERS IN EUROPA
For customers in Europe, there is no customs duty on smartphones, tablets or smaller gadgets in most countries. However, customers in Europe are required to pay import sales tax that may be charged by the respective country on the ordered item. However, since we currently only offer Global Priority as a shipping method, these costs do not apply.
In some cases, a few days after the package arrives in your country, the status of the package on the shipping provider's site may still be "Clearance Delay" or "On Hold". This is not the rule. In this case, the package has been delayed by customs. But don't worry, feel free to contact us by mail and we will help to clarify.
